Well, I guess the serious heat here has also made me color blind because for some reason I can only wear white + black recently. And also oversized sheer blouses with rolled up sleeves. I have already established quite a collection of blouses of this sort (maybe I'll show it to you here soon) and this is the latest addition to the collection, which I received in a surprising and fun way.
This Thursday I went to a meeting at an Israeli fashion company for a little project I'm working on, and met with the lovely head designer, who is also totally addicted to eBay (as I am) and who also let me take home this blouse, after I expressed my interest in it.
This blouse totally fits the category of black polka dots over white (or actually cream) background, which I am fascinated with (for those of you who remember), and the lovely details such as pearly buttons and pockets (unseen here) are a great bonus.
I have been meaning to do a post about fall-winter inspirations but I haven't managed to do it yet. The heat is too unbearable, and although I spent the beginning of the week in the hospital, which is a very chilly place (don't worry, I'm fine I only came to accompany someone and not as a patient), I couldn't bring myself to fantasize about coats and wooly skirts. Maybe next week...
