The iconic black and white images taken in 1993 in Marrakech show the super model crouching on sand.

The pictures come in the form of the photographer's "contact sheet" and show the waif-like Moss in her late teens.

Albert Watson, a famous fashion photographer, chose to shoot Moss without clothes or jewellery.

There is an intimacy between the two and the photos record the entire shoot, showing the different poses Moss pulls.

The pictures are very big for contact sheet images and they are mounted on aluminium and come with the artist's letter of authenticity.

Moss was plucked from obscurity at the age of 14 and has become one of the world's most photographed women.

Alexander Montague-Sparey, photography expert from Christie's auction house which is selling the photos, said: "Albert Watson is a famed photographer.

"He is known for his work in black and white and these photographs have a golden quality to them which makes them very attractive.
