16-year-old Manao crowned Miss Teen Thailand 2008

Miss Sornsilp Maneewan or Manao (16), a high school student of " Sa-ngoun Ying" school, Supanburi province, was crowned Miss Teen Thailand 2008, on October 31, 2008, at Bangkok Convention Hall. Miss Teen Thailand is a beauty contest for Thai girls aged 15-18.

The first runner was No. 18, Miss Thanit Tanasophon, (15) a student from Chiengmai, who received 70,000 baht.

The second runner ups were three girls: No. 1, Miss natthawannaporn Thaijarern, (16) from Chiang Mai; No.26, Miss Thipparat Amartayakul (15) who also received Pattaya's Favorite Girl prize; and No. 18, Miss Jata Intero, (15). They all received 50,000 baht each.
