For the latest ten years Vesna showed a great increase of its producing power and sales volume. Nowadays it offers a wide variety of products such as skincare, liquid and bar soap, toothpaste, shampoos, shower gels, home care products. Vesna falls into three leaders among the Russian manufacturers according to rates of increase in the industry together with concern Kalina and Krasnaya liniya. Such brand as Aquatel, Absolut, Tcvety vesny, Frutamin, Kaplya VOX, Kaplya Ultra, Aprel are well known not only in Samara but all over Russia.

In 2005 the company decided to develop business in the category of skin care, focusing on creams and cleaning products. According to the market research the main factor while choosing a cosmetic product for most of women is moisturizing effect. This fact gave the birth for a new product by Vesna Company – Aquatel cosmetics.

The name was chosen from 30 variants according to of focus-group and hall-test results. The main idea of the brand is to save the youth of the skin by deep moisturizing. New product contains green tea and grapes extracts that are very popular among the customers. Aquatel brand gained popularity very fast.

In 2007 brand Aquatel was presented by 43 skus in comparison with 2005 when their number was only 11. Last year Aquatel Aqualifting, a new anti-age line, was launched. It comprises facial cream-serum, cream-serum for eye contour and anti-age hand cream. The formula contains retinol that contributes to active moisturizing and “everlasting youth” effect.

In August 2007 Aquatel was rebranded. The leading Russian agencies took part in the tender. Finally Moscow company BoxSide turned to be the winner that created new design for brand.

Aquatel sales are supported by a wide campaign on TV and in glossy magazines (Cosmopolitan, Burda, Liza, etc).

Each fifth Russian woman from 16 to 64 knows Aquatel brand ( Gallap Media). Aquatel is rated among five Russian leading brands together with Cherniy zhemchug and Chistaya liniya, Sto procentov krasoty (AC Neilsen).
