  • Naomi Campbell surprised crowds at London fashion week yesterday by taking to the catwalk for Kisa’a autumn/winter 2008/9 collection.

Campbell, 37, modelled an array of knits and prints in muted tones whilst showing off her slender silhouette; a far cry from the Dolce and Gabbana gown she wore in March 2007 whilst mopping floors in New York's Sanitation Department as part of her community service order.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell has not modelled since Fashion for Relief, a charity show that raised £176,000 for victims of UK floods last September. Her unexpected tie-in with the low-key American/Italian design duo turned heads during London’s most infamous established design week.

  • London fashion week continues today with shows from House of Holland, Fashion East, Gareth Pugh and Giles Deacon.
