Zagreb branch of famous Lisca fashion home has held a large casting for its underwear fashion show, which will be held in a month, on March 6 at Zagreb`s Westin Hotel. About 40 gorgeous girls showed up, each hoping to be selected among the final 12 to wear the show. Lisca is famous for its feminine creations, thus requires effeminate girls with beautiful, nurtured skin to walk down their runway in a month.

We talked to Josipa Poljicak, Lisca – Zagreb director, who revealed that they have a difficult task set before them.

- Even though it may not seem so, this is a very delicate job, it is hard to chose – said Lisca company director. When asked about the girls` fees, Josipa Poljicak replied the girls would be paid 1,300 Croatian kuna (approximately 180 euros). She also said another casting would be organised for girls who could not make it due to obligations.

We also talked with models who tried out their luck. Jelena Oreskovic revealed she is always glad to wear Lisca shows. She has never had bad experience, either with lingerie shows or in the modelling industry in general. She described the only somewhat unpleasant experience she has had recently:

- I have been in this business for 15 years and I recently fell down on the runway, for the first time in my career – Jelena laughed.

This was the second Lisca casting for Iva Saric. She passed it last year, but failed to wear the fashion show because she had an exam on that day. Iva`s major is economy, while she regards modelling as a hobby. When asked if she does anything special to prepare for underwear castings, she replied she usually goes to the gym three times a week and has no additional preparations for these events.

Fani Stipkovic participated in many Lisca fashion shows. She also has no special preparations.
